Aims
Students will have a broad understanding and skill-set in all of the main areas related to games production. The course ensures that students will have the necessary skills to continue developing and adapting to the changes in this fast paced industry. Essential skills and techniques are taught in a creative atmosphere with a strong emphasis on the practical application of design and theoretical concepts.

12 months Full-time
Entry Requirements
Completion of 2 GCE O-levels and a pass in English in the same sitting or equivalent for International students
Or SAE Audio Certificate ; and
Mature age of over 17 years;
SAE Institute recognizes prior learning and work experiences for advanced course standing and also has entry options for students who do not meet the above entry requirements.
For international students:
IELTS overall band score 6.0 or above; or
TOEFL overall grade of 550 or above (paper-based); or
TOEFL overall grade of 213 or above (computer-based); or
TOEFL overall grade of 79 or above (internet-based); or
A high school transcript showing proof of satisfactory English to year 10 or higher.
Degree Pathway
After successful completion of the SAE Institute Diploma, students are able to continue their studies to the degree level. The Bachelor of Science (Hons) Games Programming degree is issued in partnership with Middlesex University.
